Can I Start Using My Land Immediately After Purchase? How Does That Work?
There are two different types of purchasing that you can choose from, the first is buying the land in full, and the other is using our owner financing options. Both options have different timelines available for using your property.
1) Buying in Full: When you buy a piece of property from LandFix, we will always use the traditional route of closing on a real estate transaction by going through a local title company. Sometimes closings timeframes will vary but you should be able use your property within a 1 to 2 week timeframe.
2) Financing our Land: One of the biggest highlights to financing land through us is being able to offer you literal next-day use of your property. This is made possible by our Contract for Deed arrangement in which the closing doesn’t take place until the land is paid in full, however, while financing, we do require to be informed of your indended use of the property so as to protect both us, and your neighbors.
